Moving? We're Here To Help

We know that moving can be a headache. We’re here to make the experience a whole lot easier. Check out these common questions. If you still need help, give us a call.

We suggest contacting us about 4 weeks in advance but no later than 2 weeks before your move date. However, we understand that planning in advance isn't always possible and we do our best to accommodate all our customers.

We understand plans and dates may need to be adjusted, and we will always help you figure out a new moving plan on a different day. Please be aware that some changes may impact the price of your move. We recommend contacting us at least 2 days in advance of your currently scheduled move.

Storage Questions

Navigating the world of storage solutions can often raise more questions than answers. That’s why we’ve meticulously compiled our Storage FAQ section – to guide you through every query, concern, and detail of storing your belongings with confidence.

We offer storage units in these standard sizes:

  • Standard: 10‘ x 10‘ (approx. 100 sq ft.) This is the size of half of a standard one-car garage.
  • Large: 10‘ x 15‘ (approx. 150 sq ft.) This is the size of a standard one-car garage.
  • We also offer smaller units that are equivalent to the size of a half bathroom and small bedroom.
  • Non climate controlled spaces are also available for your equipment, outdoor furniture, or vehicle.

The benefit of having various storage unit sizes available is that you can get the size you need.

A climate-controlled storage unit maintains a consistent temperature that is cooled in the summer and heated in the winter. This stable environment is ideal for storing items that are temperature sensitive. Upholstered furniture and valuable antique furniture benefit from having a climate-controlled environment.

We take pride in the security and safety of our storage facility. 24/7 live video surveillance and motion sensing alarms, assure the protection of your belongings. In addition, our professionally trained employees conduct a security check of the facility at the end of each day.

To get the rental process started, you’ll need:

  • A driver’s license or another form of identification like a state ID card or passport.
  • A method of payment

Short term and long term storage is available. Our rental agreements are on a month-to-month basis, however if there are escrow or other move related issues on your end, please call our office and we will do our best to work with you.

To make your move easier, our rental office has storage supplies for sale. We offer all types of supplies from boxes to bubble wrap to heavy duty locks that you can purchase on site. Additionally, we also offer use of our dollies and moving carts should you need it once you arrive.

You may not store any items that are explosive, flammable, odorous, hazardous, corrosive or perishable. These items can include food, drinks, fireworks, paints, propane tanks, chemicals, etc. If you think you have an item that is prohibited but are unsure, please contact your site manager for clarification. We also require that your stored items not have a total value over $5,000. Any items stored with us that are valued at $5,000 and above needs to be declared on the signed contract.

Yes, we use a third party insurance company TenantOne Direct.
